Personalized orders (which include any wedding signs with initials, names or dates) cannot be returned. If you decide that you would like to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so. After that 24 hours, you are responsible for the payment of your order.
Every item is inspected multiple times prior to being shipped. If, however, there is a mistake (spelling, date, etc. differs from what you specified) please notify me immediately so I can replace the item. It will take up to 48 hours (depending on current order processing) to re-create, re-package, and re-ship the item. I always try to beat our published production time but please take note, I may need the entire 48 hours to complete.
Shipping?
To create, package, and ship your items will take up to 5-7 business days to complete. I will always try to beat published production times, but please take note that I may need the entire 5-7 days to have your item completed, perfected, and ready for shipping.
Each item will ship USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. Once shipped, you’ll receive notification and then can expect your package within 1-3 days, depending on distance and the postal service.
